As your trainer, Taib will combine his experiences as a local activist to take your team through a series of interactive exercises towards changing culture and deep growth. Taib takes a compassionate approach to training by meeting learners where they’re at, center their lived experiences, and moving with them, in relationship towards shared goals and visions. In essence, we work from a feminist, scenario-based, and transformative learning model, which means that instead of prescribing solutions, we walk together, stewarding the change that is ready to emerge.
